About HeartBoundHeartBound is dedicated to the idea that children's art is special. It should be celebrated for its beauty, joy and natural charm. By nature, children are keenly interested in art. When encouraged to express themselves artistically, they produce amazing, often stunning works of art. I created HeartBound in 2005. I found I shared a problem with many other parents: what to do with the many works of art my children were bringing home from school every year. I loved my children's art and was reluctant to throw it away, but knew it would deterioriate in time. Creating HeartBound offered a solution. The artbooks provide a stylish, elegant system of archiving the art for a lifetime while enjoying it everyday as art. — Debbie Symanovich, owner The HeartBound processTo make a HeartBound book, or any HeartBound product, your child's art is first digitally photographed and processed. We match colors as carefully as possible. Our artbook papers are acid- and lignin-free. We print using archival inks that are tested under extreme conditions. Once printed, the images are sent to an expert bookbinder who stitches the books for extra durability before binding them inside a linen hardcover. The result is a handsome book with vibrant colors, designed to preserve your child's art for a lifetime.
